Built by people who’ve lived it.

We didn’t just observe the pain, we lived it! First as volunteers, then by building SIGNONDAY to fix a significant pain point: payments and registrations.

After six years working side by side with hundreds of clubs, one thing was clear: most systems weren’t built for clubs at all. They were built around them. So, we built something different: a simple Participation Platform that finally puts clubs first.

The platform was founded in 2024 on the Gold Coast, born out of frustration watching passionate volunteers buried in spreadsheets, WhatsApp chaos, and federation systems that never quite fit how clubs actually operate.

Today, the team brings together real grassroots sport experience, a track record of building secure, high-performance systems, and strong financial discipline. The result is a platform built for the people doing the work - club volunteers, coaches, and organisers - so they can spend less time managing systems and more time running great sport.

Co-Founder & CEO – Bryan Oram

Bryan has been around sport his whole life - playing, working, and pitching in wherever needed.

Over the past six years, he’s worked side by side with registrars, coaches and volunteers through SIGNONDAY. He knows what running a club is like - late nights, spreadsheets, and chasing payments.

The CEMORA platform has been built from this experience to take the pressure off so clubs can spend less time on admin and more time getting people on the field.

Co-Founder & CTO – Adrian Akison

Adrian is the one making sure the CEMORA platform works the way it should.

He’s spent years building software, but more importantly, fixing the kind of overcomplicated systems that frustrate people. His focus is simple - make it run fast, make it reliable, and don’t make people think too hard to use it.

He’s big on doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes - automation, AI, and smart design - so for the person running the club, it all just feels easy.

CFO – Natalie Cappiello

Natalie keeps the numbers in check and the moving parts running smoothly behind the scenes.

With 20+ years in finance, she’s worked with software and not-for-profits and seen how quickly things get confusing when payments, reporting, and systems don’t line up. She’s focused on keeping it simple and predictable, so clubs know where their money is, reports make sense, and nothing turns into a manual clean-up job at the end of the season.

Why this team works

Most sports platforms are built from the top down. We’re not. We’ve spent years inside clubs, so we know what actually slows things down on the ground.

We’ve worked in grassroots clubs and understand the day-to-day reality: volunteers juggling too much, too often.

We know the money side inside out, so registrations and payments don’t become a mess.

We’ve built systems that handle real-world registrations at speed.

This isn’t theory. Over the last six years, working closely with clubs through SIGNONDAY, we’ve seen exactly what helps - and what gets in the way.

Our club-first approach

Built for clubs, not bureaucracy - We work alongside NSO systems like PlayHQ where needed, not against them. Clubs shouldn’t have to fight their tools.

Less admin, more participation - We take away the repetitive admin so coaches and volunteers can focus on getting people playing, not pushing paper.

Keep it simple end-to-end - People should be able to find a game, sign up, pay, and stay involved - without jumping between systems.

Easy to set up, easy to run - No complex setup. Just something that works and keeps working as you grow.

We’re just getting started. We’re working with clubs and independent operators who are done with patchwork systems and manual workarounds and want something simpler.
